refunds & returns

due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns/exchanges. if your items arrive damaged, or break within two weeks (14 days) of purchase we will replace them (if they are available) or we will refund you the price of the item.

jewelry care instructions

1 - store your items in a safe place, and keep away
from sharp objects and avoid bending, crushing,
or dropping as it may lead to scratches/breakage.
avoid storage in extreme temperatures.

2 - do not submerge or scrub your jewelry to
avoid scratching or tarnishing. remove your
jewelry prior to showering/swimming. avoid
direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or oils.

3 - if your item gets dirty you can gently clean with
a damp cloth, or baby wipe. raw brass
elements may tarnish over time. while this is
normal you may choose to use a brass cleaner -
please apply carefully with a q-tip.

These are chunky. She's delicate so for me, I don't recommend letting the spider stick out...one of my legs came off due to me not being a delicate, dainty gal. She's my favorite bookmark so far 🕷

Thank you for the kind review and I'm so sorry that happened! Upon looking into it; it does look like the spider legs could use some stronger reinforcements. Sometimes those more intricate shapes can be tricky so I appreciate you bringing this to my attention so that I can make the proper changes — I want to give my customers items that will last! ♡

I apologize for the inconvenience and will be looking into redesigning this to be stronger, but in the meantime I have went ahead and processed a refund for the bookmark.
